About DisruptHER for Women Membership

MetaMissions are the heart of DisruptHER for Women app, thoughtfully crafted by women who have walked the path of personal growth, identity reclamation, and life transformation. These missions guide you to discover your WHYs, embrace your true self, and supercharge your life. With MetaMissions, you embark on a transformative journey like no other.

At DisruptHER for Women, our MetaMissions refer to our transformative course programs. These MetaMissions range between 7 to 30 days, and offer daily bite-sized, easily digestible content and practical actions, to empower our members to unlock their true potential and achieve sustainable transformation

  • Regular intimate sharing sessions with DisruptHER for Women Co-Founders, Andrea and Germaine
  • Access to DisruptHER for Women’s inclusive and supportive communities
  • Exclusive access to DisruptHER for Women seminars, webinars and events
  • Special rates for products and services by our community partners
  • Scheduled Live Calls with MetaMission creators which will be recorded

All your MetaMissions will be accessible on DisruptHER for Women’s app. To access them:

  • Go to DisruptHER for Women account, click on Programs tab
  • Choose from the 3 broad women-centric themes
  • Select your desired MetaMission
  • Scroll down the page and expand your list of programs by clicking on “Show All.”

DisruptHER for Women offers only paid membership which gives you:

  • Unlimited access to all content
  • Exclusive early access to DisruptHER for Women’s seminars, webinars, and events
  • Access to inclusive communities and intimate sharing sessions
  • Special rates for products and services by our community partners
  • Choose between monthly and annual plans to suit your needs

Currently, we do not offer instalment or payment plans for DisruptHER for Women memberships. However, we have monthly and annual subscription plans available for those seeking personal growth programs.

You will have access until the end of your current billing period. After which your subscription will be inactive, and you will no longer have access to the MetaMissions under the subscription, including the ones you have completed. You will retain lifetime access to individually purchased MetaMissions.

  • For example: Your subscription renews on May 5, if you cancel the auto-renew on April 5, you will still have access to your programs until May 5.
  • From May 5 onwards, all access to MetaMissions will be removed from your account.

We recommend taking 1 or 2 MetaMissions at a time for consistent and sustainable growth. Our MetaMissions last on average 1 to 4 weeks, with a bite-sized lesson unlocking each day or you also have a choice to learn at your own pace.

We also encourage you to connect with the inclusive communities through our DisruptHER for Women website to find support from like-minded women on your transformational journey.

Commit at least 10 minutes a day to ‘Disrupt Your Life”. This will help you retain the information and ultimately create remarkable, life-transformative results. Habit-stacking can help incorporate your learning time into your daily routine, such as during your morning coffee, exercise or commute.

We recommend taking 1 to 2 MetaMissions each time to ensure enjoyable and manageable growth.

Yes, these exclusive closed-door sessions are part of the membership and will not be recorded.

Yes, DisruptHER for Women membership auto-renews annually, but you can cancel the auto-renew option at any time. You will still have access to your DisruptHER MetaMissions until the end of your current billing period. Note that cancelling auto-renew does not mean obtaining a refund. This merely means that our system will not automatically charge you for renewal in the next billing period.

Yes, you can switch to an annual subscription by canceling the auto-renew of your monthly subscription and purchasing the annual subscription.

Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your programs until the end of your current billing period. Once your current subscription expires, feel free to select and purchase the annual subscription. Rest assured all your progress within your MetaMissions are saved, so you will be able to continue where you left off.

Note that your previous payment for the monthly subscription cannot be refunded (unless you're still within the 10-day refund policy).

If it is still within the 10-day refund policy, you may obtain a refund and switch to the monthly subscription. Otherwise, you can cancel the auto-renew of your annual subscription so that this does not renew in the next billing period.

All live calls are recorded and uploaded at least 7 business days after the call has taken place.

You may locate upcoming MetaMissions under the "Coming Soon" section in the Programs tab.

If you have forgotten or lost the password for your DisruptHER for Women account, there is an easy way to recover it:

  • Through the main login page
  • Through the settings page in your DisruptHER for Women account

Here are our basic troubleshooting steps for you if you are experiencing issues with your DisruptHER for Women app.

  • Uninstall the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Reinstall the app with a relevant iOS or Android version
  • Log out and log in to the app once more (please also make sure that you are using the correct email address to access your MetaMissions). You can log out of the app by clicking your portrait in the top right corner of your app screen, selecting "Settings" and "Log Out"
  • Update your mobile device software (Operating System) version, if you are still experiencing issues with running the app on your phone

What do I do if issue persists?

Tell us more about what happened at the Profile > Help & Support section of your App or by contacting our Support hello@disruptherforwomen.com with the following information:

  • Screenshots of the problem
  • The error messages you have seen 
  • The make and model of your mobile
  • Please make sure that your app is updated to the latest version.

We promise we will get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you for using the DisruptHER for Women app

  • Check if you have a good internet connection. If not, streaming will most likely be problematic.
  • Log out from your app and log in again.
  • Delete DisruptHER for Women app. Then download and install it again. Once you log in to your account, the issues you faced initially should disappear.
  • As a final resort, please make sure that the Operating System of your phone is up to date (it might be too old to support the app)
