Refund Policy

DisruptHER for Women Refund Policy

Effective Date: 17-july-2025

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through DisruptHER for Women’s website or authorized external platforms. It does not apply to transactions made through Apple App Store or Google Play, as those are subject to their own policies.

  • Digital Products and MetaMissions

Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds once a MetaMission course or digital product has been accessed or streamed.

If you accidentally purchased a MetaMission and have not yet accessed the content, you may request a refund within 10 days of purchase, subject to review.

  • Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual)

You may request a refund for your monthly or annual subscription within 10 days of purchase, as long as you have not accessed significant premium content (e.g. completed more than one MetaMission).

After 10 days, all subscription payments are non-refundable — but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Switching Subscription Plans

We understand your needs may change, and we offer flexibility to switch between monthly and annual plans:

From Annual to Monthly:

If you’re within the 10-day refund window, you may request a refund on your annual plan and re-subscribe under the monthly plan. Outside of this window, cancel your annual plan’s auto-renewal and switch when it expires.

From Monthly to Annual:

You may switch to an annual plan at any time by canceling your monthly subscription’s auto-renewal and purchasing the annual plan once your current month ends.

Note: Monthly subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, unless you’re still within the 10-day window.

Your MetaMission progress will be saved regardless of your plan, so you can continue your journey seamlessly.

  • Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, your card will only be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. Once the first payment is charged, it is considered final and non-refundable.

  • Workshops and Events

For in-person or live virtual events, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the event
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3–7 days before the event
  • No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the event or no-shows

You may request to transfer your ticket to another person with advance notice.

  • Technical Issues

If you are unable to access your content due to a technical error on our part, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If it cannot be fixed and you have not used the product, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Policy Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that:

  • Violate our Terms & Conditions
  • Are submitted after significant use of the content
  • Are repetitive or show signs of abuse
